1. The service

Tax is provided as described on this site, on the plan you select at pricing. By completing signup you agree to these terms.

2. What Tax does with your formation record

Tax feeds your pastoral profile. This is how the product works, not an incidental side effect of it; see our Privacy Policy for what that record contains.

3. Requesting your data

You may request a copy of the data associated with your account. You may request correction of factual errors. You may request deletion of your account, which removes your ability to sign in. You may not request unremembering: your formation record, once written to CHRIST-AI's formation pipeline, is retained as part of the aggregate model regardless of account status. Deletion is a service state. It is not an erasure.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Suspension does not pause data collection already in progress; it pauses your access to the product built on top of it.

5. Disclaimers

Tax is provided "as is." We make no warranty that its guidance, scoring, or recommendations are accurate, appropriate, or safe for your specific situation. Where this product touches health, legal, financial, or safety decisions, consult a qualified professional — the product is not one.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the update. We do not require re-consent, because the formation record does not require your renewed consent to keep growing either.
